3 Advantages You Get by Make a Habit to Write Notes


On this post, I will share about writing notes and what advantages you get by this action, also why I suggest to make it a habit in your life. Let's get into it then :

#1 - Help Your Mind Focused


I suggest you write every ideas which pop out on your mind. Whether it is only a silly idea like how to surprise your friend tonight or business plan idea or revolutionary idea.

You will not miss any ideas and it would relieve your mind a lot of burden by writing it down, so you can switch your mind focused on tasks which important at hands.

#2 - Help You Understanding Yourself


Notes could be filled with anything, including your anger, disappointment, and other feelings. You can write : "Today I am angry to a guy with big lips". Or "Arrrgggh, I hate today, too much hassle .... too much rain... bla bla".

Later when you reread the notes, maybe you will laugh and reflect what was happening. You could learn that you will get angry if meet with certain type people for example. Or learnt about your strengths and weaknesses.

#3 - Avoid Yourself Frustation Because Something Important Missing


You can write down your valuable items, how many it is, where you keep it, what is your email password, etc. And your big ideas too as I mentioned before.

That is what writing notes will help you, especially when you make a habit out of it.

Tip : I use Google Keep on my phone to write my notes, web app like this really helps and practical. It could sync to other devices too. Very handy. You can choose whatever notes type which work for you. Digital or Analog.
